Organic amaranth is one of the oldest and most nutritious plants (pseudo-cereals) grown in the world. Expanded amaranth (popping) is a ready-made product for direct consumption. We suggest it as a valuable thickener for vegetable and legume chops or as a coating, also for baking cakes and breads. It can be added to muesli or sprinkled on desserts and salads.
