Product description

Organic green ground coffee obtained from unroasted coffee beans. Before grinding, the coffee beans were deep-frozen (cryogenic grinding), which allowed to fully preserve compounds with antioxidant activity, including chlorogenic acid. The coffee is characterized by an herbal aroma and a slightly tart, sour taste.

Preparation method
to brew coffee, pour 2 teaspoons into a cup and pour hot but not boiling water.
