Product Description

Eggplant seeds, from NOTES for their very high fiber content, are becoming increasingly popular. In the presence of water, they release mucus and form a gel that facilitates the movement of contents lingering in the intestines. The seeds can be consumed in beverage form, poured over water, milk or fruit juice. They can also be used as an addition to bread or as a thickener for soups and sauces.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Not more than 5 teaspoons per day and use caution when giving to children. Drinking plenty of liquids is recommended when consuming the seeds.
