Organic amaranth is one of the oldest and most nutritious plants (pseudo-cereals) grown in the world. Perfect for morning oatmeal, baking bread, cakes, soups and grain dishes.

Preparation method
Previously rinsed in a coarse sieve, cook amaranth grains at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of amaranth to 2 servings of water) for about 20 minutes.
