Barley groats BIO 500 g

Product description

Organic barley groats obtained from dehusked barley grain. Excellent as an addition to soups, such as in the famous Polish krupnik, and as an ingredient in second courses combined with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs.

Preparation method
Previously rinsed semolina should be cooked in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 serving of semolina per 3 servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
