Product Description

Organic brown lentils are an excellent ingredient for one-pot dishes and an addition to soups, salads, vegetable dishes, stews, purees. It is widely used in making vegetarian pâtés and baked goods.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for about 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
